Responsibilities

  • Develop employee-facing communications, support materials, and documentation
  • Execute communication plans to support technology initiatives and changes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-you explain technology in plain language
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Passion for learning new technologies and helping others succeed
  • Ability to work with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions
  • Great to Have: -
  • Basic design skills (PowerPoint or visual content creation) -
  • Experience supporting technology adoption or change initiatives
