The position works across testing, operational readiness, and transition-to-support activities, ensuring delivery outcomes are structured, coordinated, and effectively executed across multiple teams and vendors. This role will be a 7-month fixed term contract. What You'll Do Support delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program across testing, readiness, and deployment activities Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dress rehearsals, and production verification testing Manage and track defects, issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors Support operational readiness and transition-to-support planning activities Facilitate workshops with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities Produce clear documentation, reporting, and executive updates to support governance and decision-making What You'll Bring Strong experience in SAP or large-scale ERP transformation programs Hands-on experience with testing lifecycles, defect management, and test coordination Experience supporting operational readiness and transition-to-support activities Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners in complex environments Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to run workshops and engage diverse teams Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive issues through to resolution Strong organisational skills with experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
