Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Required
  • Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, health services research, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or outcomes research.
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, evaluation research design, and applied analytics.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming or analytic language such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with healthcare data sets, including claims, utilization, and diagnostic codes.
  • Ability to work independently on complex problems while collaborating effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Preferred
  • Recent experience with program evaluation, outcomes research, or health services research methods.
  • Background presenting findings through publications, presentations, or internal thought leadership.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in how analytics drives impact.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
