- Required Qualifications
- 7 + years of experience in HR, organizational development, training, or talent management .
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting complex, matrixed organizations .
- Strong ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies .
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and large-scale transformation .
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor .
- Experience leveraging workforce data and analytics to inform decisions .
- Strong communication , facilitation, and executive presentation skills .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
- Bachelor's degree or higher .
Requirements
- Experience supporting creative, media , entertainment focused organizations.
- Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR systems .
- Advanced education or certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
