Responsibilities

  • Envision and design forward-looking org and talent strategies that anticipate evolving marketing models, audience behaviors, and industry trends.

  • Required Qualifications
  • 7 + years of experience in HR, organizational development, training, or talent management .
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting complex, matrixed organizations .
  • Strong ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies .
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and large-scale transformation .
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor .
  • Experience leveraging workforce data and analytics to inform decisions .
  • Strong communication , facilitation, and executive presentation skills .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
  • Bachelor's degree or higher .

Requirements

  • Experience supporting creative, media , entertainment focused organizations.
  • Experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HR systems .
  • Advanced education or certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
