Position Objective: Provide advanced university students with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and develop professional skills through participation in real projects, operational support, research, and continuous improvement within leading companies in the medical technology, healthcare, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and business sectors. Main Responsibilities: Carry out relevant tasks and projects in the assigned area (engineering, quality, processes, research, administration, finance, supply chain, IT, laboratory, etc.) Support continuous improvement initiatives, process analysis, and compliance with internal and external regulations (quality, EHS, good manufacturing/documentation practices). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings, trainings, and development activities. Perform data analysis, information management, technical documentation, and reporting (commonly includes advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other systems). Support laboratory testing, sample/data collection and processing, protocol preparation, and technical documentation for experimental or regulatory areas. General Requirements: Active university student (with at least 50% of study plan completed) in one of the following areas: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Biomedical, Materials, IT, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, etc.) Health Sciences and Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Occupational Health, etc.) Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, Business Intelligence, Accounting, Graphic Design, Supply Chain Maintain active student status and insurance policies as required by law and company policies. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1-B2, depending on company/position). Portuguese is a plus for certain roles. Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel commonly required). Ethical commitment, teamwork skills, initiative, adaptability, effective communication, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Duration & Benefits: Duration: 6 months with possible extension. On site- Administrative Schedule. Monthly financial incentive, transportation and meal support.
