About the role

Location: Joo Koon Duration: 1 year contract (renewable) Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) Salary: Up to $5500 Job Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of building structures, fixtures, and facilities Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans Troubleshoot and respond to facility related issues and breakdowns Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers Support fire safety systems checks and general safety inspections Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports using maintenance systems Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation as required Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Technical Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in building or facility maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures May require standby duty or support after office hours Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
