Air Export Operations Assistant / Officer

Requirements

• PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software
• -Team Player and able to work independently
• -Detail oriented, meticulous and self motivated
• -Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsibility in completing work tasks
• -At least 1-2 years of working experience. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• -Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have
• Working hours:
• Shift Timing:
• Mon - Fri | 9:00am - 6:30pm
• Mon - Fri | 3:00pm -12:30am
• Mon - Fri | 6:00pm - 3:30am

Additional Information

Job Description -Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters -Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs -Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system -Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo -Send pre-alerts to overseas destination -Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment
