About the role
Job Descriptions: Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding. Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate dormitory arrangements. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulation by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Support HR digitalization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency. Perform any other HR & administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or higher Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Info-Tech is an advantage. Meticulous, high level of confidentiality and professionalism 5 day working week.
