Responsibilities
- Make and maintain accurate records of tool inventory, including location, condition, and quantities.
- Perform incoming inspections on return of tools and equipment, verifying integrity and condition against established checklists.
- Update and maintain controlled documents, including work instructions, procedures, and technical specifications. Create, review, and manage Standardized Work Formats to ensure operations are properly documented and aligned with current best practices.
- Support the follow-up of the production plan, monitoring progress against targets and identifying deviations for supervisor review. Maintain and update the Quality Complaints Register, documenting non-conformities, customer complaints and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Support A3 troubleshooting initiatives by collecting data, updating tracking sheets, and tracking actions with team members. Document tooling-related improvement projects, including modifications, updates, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Active student of engineering, technician or career related to manufacturing (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent).
- English Intermediate desirable .
