This is a full-time position within our Lease Administration team. An effective Client Manager, consistently high performer who possesses the ability to multitask and adapt in a changing environment. Main responsibilities: On the ground responsibility for day to day support and smooth running of key operational processes on Client accounts, ensuring that contractual KPIs/SLAs are in place and that data production and delivery targets are met. Provide Excellent Client Service to assigned contractual relationships. Builds long lasting relationships inside and outside the firm, is able to open new opportunities for the company, understands pricing tools and can participate in tenders if required. Is able to scope and present solutions in online and face to face Client meetings Seamless cooperation with Operations and Transition Teams to ensure smooth and excellent Client delivery is adhered to. Owns and manages specific client and 3rd party relationships, handles contractual issues, explores new opportunities for insourcing and outsourcing both within and outside of the company. Owns and manages account P&Ls, billing, provides tools and resources for budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring no bad debts. Manage scoping, definition, effective recording/formally documenting forthcoming technological developments to support process enhancement and daily efficiencies within the accounts managed. Oversight and driving the documentation of Client procedures and system process manuals for team support and 3rd party monitoring. Ensuring these are regularly reviewed, updated and redistributed where required. Qualifications and experience Minimum 3 years of proven Client Management experience in Lease Administration or similar CRE consulting role. Confident and pragmatic conflict management of all parties; including internal stakeholders, team members and Colliers clients. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail are essential, as day to day management of complex core processes are required. Self-motivated, execution oriented, dynamic entrepreneurial with out of the box thinking, a flexible individual who can juggle the changing needs of the client and business. Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively across boundaries. Fluency in English and Polish is required.
