Responsibilities
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble production and cultivation equipment

- Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a GMP/manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Safety-focused mindset with commitment to following company procedures
- Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice requests
- Language Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
- Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver industrial cleaning equipment weighing over 100 lbs
- Ability to safely operate heavy-duty sanitation equipment in wet or fast-paced environments
- Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
