Requirements

• WSQ: Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent as required under
• WSH regulations
• Managing Work-At-Height Course or equivalent (Work at Height for Assessor)
• Occupational First Aid
• BizSAFE Level 2: Risk Management
• Processes other safety certificates is an additional advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements Assist site management on safety and health related matters Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report Assist in incident / workplace investigations and corrective action recommendations Responsible for daily checklists are properly documented Carry out daily toolbox meeting. Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness. Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance. Conduct site safety inspection to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and health Act and regulations Assist to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues Ensure that all safety and health documentations are maintained and readily available upon request Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations Prepare, review and revise of method statement and risk assessment as and when required Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time Preferably with Semicon experience
