  • Experience building design vision and upholding design and strategic direction end-to-end to ensure the product vision remains accurate and consistent.
  • Expert knowledge of the Bras and Leggings market, trend and consumer.
  • Experience in: Adobe Creative Suite, Ai rendering softwear, Vizcom.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH As a key member of the design engineering and Inline team you will lead innovation and style across Bras and Leggings and manage a team of designers. Lead and collaborate to set the create vision and help strengthen and shape the collective as a positive force of curiosity by engaging and inspiring your Design peers. Along with your multi-disciplinary design teammates, you will collaborate with portfolio leads, concept creators, engineers, developers, and leadership. You'll build relationships working with a variety of cross-functional teams across the organization, including Advanced Manufacturing, Materials, Sustainability, Nike Sports Research Lab (NSRL), Digital, and the Business. You will also engage with athletes and collaborate with external vendors and factory partners.
