Gameloft Montreal is seeking a new Intermediate Product Manager to join the team for Disney Dreamlight Valley , a cross-platform project (PC and console) hybrid between a life simulator and an adventure game rich in quests, exploration and exciting activities featuring Disney and Pixar friends, both old and new. Since its launch, DDV has released 23 updates, averaging one every two months, adding to its appeal and testimony to its success. You will play a key role in the continued success of our game, working closely with the Lead Product Manager, Lead Game Designer and Creative Director , and mentoring junior team members. From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with: Own features end to end, from paper concept to final delivery - tracking development throughout and testing them yourself, acting as the producer of your own projects. Collaborate with the Producer and Creative Director to define and develop aspects of the monetization strategy; contributing to the overall vision. Work closely with design and production teams throughout the different phases of the game lifecycle to define features that impact monetization, and advocate for data-driven decisions. Mentor and support junior members of the production team involved in monetization topics, providing guidance and best practices. Identify, define, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards to track performance. Conduct analyses to extract actionable insights and recommendations. Analyze the competition and conduct assessments to inform the strategic plan for features, and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with data analysts to evaluate current strategies, propose optimizations, and maximize game revenue. Develop and present progress updates to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations. Contribute to promotional plans related to game content, player progress, and in-game events. About you: 3+ years' experience in the video games industry Experience managing or contributing to the development of free-to-play online/mobile and/or PC & console-game products with a focus on monetization. True passion for the video game industry (PC / Console or mobile games), and has played most relevant grossing games, with a strong understanding of game economies. Proven ability to turn customer needs into features and prioritize them in a product roadmap. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Solid understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Able to communicate and support complex ideas clearly and concisely. Able to plan, organize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously, under pressure and within tight deadlines.
