Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple civil disciplines.
- Review drawings, specifications, and field revisions to ensure accurate execution.

- Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of direct experience or a mixture of education and related work experience
- Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure construction methods and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey layouts.
- Familiarity with municipal standards, OH&S regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Experience with inspection tools, GPS/survey equipment, and construction software.
- Preferred Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in municipal construction or civil field inspection.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering technology, construction management, or related field.
- CET designation or eligibility (asset).
- Valid AB driver's license, access to a vehicle and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Clear communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in the field and make informed decisions.
- Collaborative mindset for working with contractors, engineers, and municipal staff
