Site Engineer (LTA Project)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for ERSS, excavation support systems, piling, and RC works
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams on site execution
• Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on completed works
• Enforce safety regulations and promote safe work practices on site
• Assist in preparation of method statements, permits, and site documentation
• Support testing, inspection, and handover activities when required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in infrastructure and viaduct projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERSS systems and RC structural works
• Familiar with local construction safety standards and authority requirements
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our civil infrastructure project team, supporting viaduct construction works with a focus on Earth Retaining or Stabilising Structures (ERSS) and reinforced concrete (RC) works . The role involves supervising site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
