Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;

- Strong experience in maintenance management, asset reliability, and operational engineering practices;
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex operational environments;
- Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management;
- Strong operational leadership with a focus on safety and system performance;
- Analytical and structured problem-solver with an engineering mindset;
- Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment;
