Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and people focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This is a fast paced, people facing role where you'll be at the heart of delivering a great customer experience. As the first point of contact, you'll bring positivity, confidence and a solutions focused approach to each interaction, helping to ensure smooth order and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
• Process customer orders and repeat orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy while meeting service targets.
• Manage and coordinate customer complaints and returns with a proactive mindset, working closely with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Respond to customer queries related to deliveries, orders, and account management, keeping customers informed and reassured.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records, complete reporting, and carry out general administrative duties.
• Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a confident, personable approach
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive problem solver
• Experience in order processing or logistics/customer service environment (desirable, but not essential)
• Location: 215 Tunnel Ave, London SE10 0QW
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30-5pm
