Responsibilities

Requirements

- -Proficient with hand tools and test equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- -Strong verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
- -Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and initiative.
- -Knowledge of equipment manufacturers' specifications.
- -Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs as required.
- -Willingness to work nights, weekends, and be on-call when needed.
- -Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- -Prior experience with third-party UPS service providers is a plus.
- -OEM factory training or experience with brands such as Emerson/Liebert/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware/PDI is required.
- -A technical degree (e.g., DeVry, Lincoln Tech) is a plus.
- -Military veterans with experience in Electrical/Mechanical systems are highly valued (Navy EMN, ETN, MMNs, Army Power Generation, Air Force Power Production, Coast Guard, etc.).
- -Must have a clean driving record.
- -Occasional national travel may be required for emergencies.
- Location Preference:
- Candidate is preferred to live in Northeast/New England area - Ideally Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire
