IN THIS KEY ROLE, YOU WILL OVERSEE THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT, ENSURING OPTIMAL REVENUE GENERATION AND EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES. - LEAD AND MANAGE THE RESERVATIONS TEAM, PROVIDING GUIDANCE, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENTAL GOALS - OVERSEE DAILY RESERVATIONS OPERATIONS, IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE REVENUE AND OCCUPANCY - MONITOR AND ANALYZE RESERVATION TRENDS, ADJUSTING STRATEGIES AS NEEDED TO OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE - ENSURE ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PROCESSED ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY, ADHERING TO COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES - COLLABORATE WITH REVENUE MANAGEMENT, SALES, AND FRONT OFFICE TEAMS TO ALIGN RESERVATION STRATEGIES WITH OVERALL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES - HANDLE COMPLEX RESERVATION INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE ESCALATED CUSTOMER ISSUES - GENERATE AND ANALYZE REPORTS ON RESERVATIONS PERFORMANCE, PROVIDING INSIGHTS TO MANAGEMENT - STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE - ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAUDI ARABIAN HOSPITALITY REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS - 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL RESERVATIONS, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE - PROFICIENCY IN RESERVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (GDS) JOB SPECIFICATIONS - STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND DEVELOP TEAM MEMBERS - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH - DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN REVENUE MANAGEMENT - ADVANCED PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING ABILITIES - EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN - STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET DATA AND GENERATE ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS - PROFICIENT IN TIME MANAGEMENT AND PRIORITIZING TASKS IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT - BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED - IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY AND CURRENT MARKET TRENDS - FLUENCY IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH - FAMILIARITY WITH SAUDI ARABIAN HOSPITALITY REGULATIONS AND CULTURAL NORMS - ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, AS REQUIRED Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
