Join our dynamic Manufacturing team and drive operational excellence! We're seeking a Manufacturing Production Planning & Control Professional to optimize our production processes and lead supply chain efficiency initiatives. What will you do: Lead and optimize the Master Production Schedule, managing forecasts, workload capacity, and supplier coordination Drive Distribution Requirement Planning and Manufacturing Production Scheduling to enhance plant performance Coordinate material flows from suppliers to workshop and finished goods to distribution centers Ensure quality and consistency of supply chain parameters including lead times, quantities, and stocking policies Research and implement process improvements to enhance production capabilities What will make you successful: Proven track record in production planning and control within manufacturing environments Strong analytical skills with expertise in resource optimization and scheduling Deep understanding of supply chain management and distribution requirements planning Demonstrated ability to manage complex material flows and production schedules Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
