Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and pursuing new customer opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Expand market share and penetration of Regal Rexnord, IPS products by engaging OEMs, MRO accounts, and Industrial Distributors through sales, specification support, and product training.

  • Manage territory expenses effectively through thoughtful planning and efficient travel and account coverage.
  • Adhere to company Ethics, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Programs, including export, import, and supply chain security requirements.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 Years of outside sales experience
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Competent computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities, project lists.
  • Residence established within the geographical boundaries of the assigned sales territory
  • Travel required: 15% (typically 2-4 nights per month)
