🚀 This is a hybrid role based in Bridgwater, requiring 3 - 4 days per week on site, with support available for those looking to relocate closer to the project. As a Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will support the delivery of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a major construction programme. 🌬️ Support installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on site 🔧 Provide technical support to construction teams to resolve installation issues 📄 Review engineering drawings and specifications for site suitability 🔍 Identify and report installation or documentation issues promptly 🤝 Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve technical queries 📊 Support tracking of site issues and contribute to performance reporting 🛠️ Assist in reviewing and implementing engineering changes on site 📈 Help identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements ⚙️ Ensure work aligns with safety, quality, and project requirements Nuclear experience is not essential, but is of course welcome. If you have worked within a highly regulated environment, your skills and approach are highly transferable and of strong interest to us. We also recognise that the perfect candidate rarely exists.
