Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role (industrial, manufacturing, or HVACR industry experience preferred)
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding of marketing funnels and B2B sales processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing marketing content and positioning strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing analytics tools or CRM platforms
