Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by conducting meetings, ensuring training compliance, and partnering with EHS&S to meet performance targets.

- Drive process improvements and maintain effective procedures and workplace standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
- Experience with non-palletized, single-unit handling preferred.
- Forklift experience required; certification and experience with combi lifts preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Ability to safely operate high-capacity forklifts (10,000+ lb).
