Job Description: Baptist Health is looking a Facility CDI Specialist to join our team! Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist and/or Certified Documentation Integrity Specialist preferred.
- In lieu of bachelor's degree, Associate degree in Nursing with five years acute healthcare nursing.
- Valid Kentucky or Indiana Licensure as a Registered Nurse
