-Provide end user desktop / phone support to deterine and resolve end user support issues. -Will require reimaging/imaging of laptops, desktops and thin clients on-site. -Opening and closing tickets. -Matching PO's with deliveries and acceptance of deliveries. -Working directly with customers for the acceptance and delivery of hardware that has been repaired or configured for initial login by a new staff member. -Managing your specific ticket queue. -Adding and troubleshooting hardware such as hard disks and memory. -Troubleshoot encryption and system configuration issues. -Creation of mailing labels for accurate shipping and tracking as well as receiving and documentation of receipt
