About the role

Join our team as a Commerce Cloud Success Architect and be a pivotal player in driving success for our customers within the Commerce Cloud product portfolio. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry. Responsibilities

  • As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect, you will:
  • Lead with Expertise: Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for our broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise.
  • Communication Mastery: Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations.
  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, collaborating on initiatives that contribute to broader goals and growth.

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 8 years proven experience in Enterprise consulting, including implementing Enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space as a Lead Developer or Architect
  • Commerce Cloud Expertise: Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Cloudcraze
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
  • Very good understanding of B2B Commerce development tools (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Platform, APIs, Standard and Custom Objects)
  • Experience with System Architecture design and Integration Patterns
  • Experience optimizing B2B Commerce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Consultancy Skills: Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer over Merchant to Executive
  • Customer-centric discovery - ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions with empathy to identify the real problem to solve
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, demo features, and provide architectural guidance.
  • Proactive mindset: Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
