About the role

Ensure all pre‑contract deliverables comply with internal QA/QC procedures, industry standards, and local regulations. Provide early commercial risk assessments and support mitigation strategies for project teams. Mentor and guide all team members within the quantity surveying function, supporting their technical development, performance, and professional growth. Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all quantity surveying activities Support business operations through accurate reporting, benchmarking, and commercial insights at early project stages. Maintain strong awareness of UAE market costs, procurement trends, and supply chain conditions to support competitive project outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Professional certification from a recognised body (e.g., RICS) Minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on large-scale construction projects Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Causeway) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methodologies Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and local construction regulations in the UAE Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in the Middle East construction industry is highly desirable Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous STADIUM EXPERIENCE
