AI Solutions Analyst Co-op

Responsibilities

• At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
• Important Information
• We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you, all that you have to offer, and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
• You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

• This is a 4 month co-op opportunity.

• Planning and coordination: Interact with team members and stakeholders to encourage engagement and connection. You prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving: Leverage creativity, design thinking and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions that tackle complex challenges, fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.

Requirements

• You are focused on AI innovation. You can demonstrate a focus on AI innovation, client and employee experience, and accountability to self-drive to meet objectives.
• You are analytical and give meaning to data. You have the analytical skills to review and evaluate data to find innovative opportunities and share with partners. Experience with VBA coding is nice to have.
