Executive Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Optimize campaigns for performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
• Manage ad budgets, targeting, and reporting
• Handle community management (comments, messages, reviews)
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and insights tools
• Work closely with hotel teams to promote offers, events, and seasonal campaigns
• 2-3 years experience in digital marketing (hospitality experience is a plus)
• Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook Ad Manager & Business Manager)
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy and audience targeting
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
