Responsibilities
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of metal fabrication equipment (CNC punching, press brakes, welding, powder coating, wire processing, and busbar equipment)
- Coordinate with equipment vendors during setup, FAT/SAT, and production ramp-up

Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, or related technical field
- Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
- Experience in 3D CAD/CAM Software (Solidworks preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an on-site production environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
- Preferred:
- Experience with metal fabrication processes and equipment
- Exposure to equipment commissioning or production ramp-up
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing tools
- Experience working with CNC equipment OEMs such as Amada or similar
