We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe CXO business to run our Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities verticals, based ideally in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg) or remotely. As Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic Telco, Pharma and Energy/Utilities accounts within Adobe CXO. You'll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely across Adobe's matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
  • Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
  • Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate across Solution Sales and CXO teams to execute GTM strategy
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
  • Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives
