About the role

Reporting to the Head of APAC, the ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership within the consulting industry, complemented by commercial acumen and deep understanding of the India market. Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor teams focused on client success, ensuring alignment with global standards and local objectives
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities in the local market, and align internal resources to drive resolution and results
  • Develop and implement operational policies to support sustained growth in the India market
  • Drive training and development initiatives to strengthen capabilities in commercial strategy, client communication, and compliance
  • Partner with regional offices to continuously improve commercial operations and cross-border collaboration
  • What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of leadership experience, ideally with prior experience in consulting (e.g., strategy, management, or advisory)
  • Strong track record in PnL management and client management in a B2B environment
  • Deep knowledge of the India market and an existing professional network across consulting and corporate sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
