The Account Executive, Health Plans is responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing accounts, and selling technology into the payer space, in order to generate sales revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship. Plans sales strategy for payer accounts; prepares sales forecasts and related reports Acts as the principal liaison between InterSystems and customer; develops and enhances business relationship by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; develops and continuously updates account profiles Meets accounts on a regular basis to provide information on features and benefits of InterSystems and its products, and to displace competitors Calls on problem accounts to communicate status of problem resolution and to demonstrate InterSystems' commitment Utilizes internal resources to achieve sales objectives Provides feedback from customers regarding product performance; provides input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement Represents InterSystems at sales conferences to promote the Company's products and services Introduce InterSystems products and services and build a pipeline of new activity within and outside the customer base Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
