As a Senior Administrative Assistant at Inotiv, you'll play a key role in our UK operations team. You're the central coordination point for administrative, operational and business support activities. You'll also be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, representing the organisation and setting the standard for professionalism, service and efficiency across the site. Working closely our operations teams and wider business support functions, you'll provide proactive, end to end administrative support, taking ownership of key processes, projects and site wide activities. You won't be micromanaged in this role; you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgement, empowering you to contribute to a well organised, compliant and positive working environment. Some additional key responsibilities are... Organising staff transport and accommodation across the EMEA region (sometimes US). Responsibility for shared areas on site, meeting rooms, and hot desks (rooms are presentable and people are booked in). Supporting events and visitors on site. Collating data from operations and supporting the presentation of updates (MS) Scheduling rolling programs of training, fire aid, FLT, Fire safety, occupational health New starter inductions, then initial mandatory training in week one. About you: You're a strong team-player, who likes to work collaboratively with a wide range of people across different teams. You're professional and customer focused, you understand the importance of the organisation's brand and reputation. You have a strong administration and customer service background - you're professional in all interactions, written and verbal. You're computer literate and are comfortable using MS Office. Location/Benefits: This is a full-time role based at our Hillcrest site in Belton (NW Leicestershire). A starting salary of £28,000 (or more with experience). 33 days holiday (inc. 8 public holidays) Core benefits including life assurance and pension, plus income protection after 3 years of service.
