Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a personable and composed Receptionist / Customer Service Representative who excels at being the first point of contact for a wide range of clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage high volumes of inbound inquiries, ensuring every caller receives clear, accurate, and professional assistance. You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, guiding conversations, and directing inquiries efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and naturally builds trust with individuals in sensitive or high-stress situations. Your ability to remain empathetic, solution-oriented, and organized will directly impact both customer satisfaction and operational success. Compensation: 1015 USD to 1100USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Update and manage customer records to ensure accuracy Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems Handle difficult or emotional callers with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information regarding inquiries and company processes Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Support administrative and operational customer service tasks Conduct outbound follow-up calls and provide updates on requests De-escalate challenging situations while maintaining quality standards Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments
