Job Description: Site Supervision : Conduct full-time supervision of mechanical works, including the installation of HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and vertical transportation (elevators/escalators). Technical Requirements - Accreditation: Valid BCA registration as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC)of IES and ACES (Mechanical branch). - Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Singapore Polytechnic or equivalent technical qualification. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of site experience in mechanical engineering supervision - Technical Knowledge: Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and load calculations. Familiarity with local BIM (Building Information Modelling) workflows is an advantage. Candidate should be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
