Preschool Curriculum Specialist

About the role

Job Descriptions: Design, develop and implement school-wide and age-appropriate preschool curriculum and learning environment Develop and provide training courses for teaching staff for curriculum implementation Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve schools curriculum Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, and preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE - Teaching or Leadership) Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in curriculum planning, development, and training in early childhood High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team Location: Bukit Timah
