About the role
Key Responsibilities and Duties Work with a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and businesses units. Roles include:- Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics; Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters; Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units; Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements; Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff; Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management; Contribute and support business development initiatives; Project management and execution; Cover clinics and/or on-sites where required during manpower shortage; Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards; and Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory. Flexible and able to attend to matters beyond normal office hours. Qualifications & Experience Recognised bachelor's degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment. Relevant experience will be an advantage. Additional Information Working hours: 5.25 days work week, with one half day per month WFH / Required to work on either Saturday or Sunday, will be rotated within the team
