Key Responsibilities Include: Conduct hourly patrols using the security system Manage access control for guests, tenants, and vendors Monitor property conditions and report safety concerns Perform routine foot patrols indoors and outdoors Enforce property rules and issue Ban Notices when required Maintain plaza kiosks and enforce plaza policies Communicate rules, updates, and directions to guests Monitor parking and fire access areas Support marketing teams during events (location-specific) Assist with valet operations and traffic flow during special events
