Risk Mitigation & Structuring: Recommend appropriate loan structures, collateral requirements, and pricing to mitigate identified credit risks and ensure the transaction aligns with the institution's risk appetite Industry Research & Compliance: Research industry trends and economic factors impacting borrowers. Ensure all credit decisions and processes adhere to internal risk policies and regulatory standards. Minimum Bachelor degree in business/ finance/ accounting/ economics/ mathematics from a reputable university Minimum 2+ years experience in related field Fluent in English & Indonesia Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient with finansial modelling including forecasting financials, valuations Possess basic knowledge of Indonesia taxation Possess high attention to detail Having risk-related certification is a plus
