About the role

- Drive strategies to maximise the value of research and advisory services for staff and leadership.
- Lead end-to-end vendor management lifecycle from requirements gathering, procurement coordination, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, renewals and vendor performance management.
- Analyse utilisation metrics and effectiveness of advisory subscriptions and recommend improvements to maximise organisational value.
- Evaluate and drive opportunities to enhance insights and advisory capabilities through emerging technologies, including GenAI-enabled tools and platforms.
- CIO Office Organisational Planning
- Manage CIO Office in planning activities, ensuring operational excellence by maintaining accurate organizational structures, headcount tracking, and manpower data for senior leadership reporting.
- Manage audit readiness and coordination for the CIO Office, serving as the point of contact for internal/external audits (e.g., AGO, IA), streamlining the collection of audit trails, and tracking the closure of findings.
- Organise division-wide engagement events such as townhalls, team bonding activities, and learning sessions.
- Manage the allocation and administration of staff integration funds.

- Design and continuously improve CIO Office onboarding programmes and knowledge structures to accelerate time-to-productivity for new joiners in the CIO Office.
- Strategic Projects and Innovation
- Lead ad-hoc strategic tasks and special assignments as required to support fluid CIO Office priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactively evaluate and champion the adoption of emerging tools and productivity solutions to optimise team workflows and operational efficiency.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in strategy, operations, programme management, PMO, corporate planning, organisational development, consulting or related functions.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and managing organisation-wide initiatives will be advantageous.
- Experience managing vendors, procurement processes, contracts or advisory service subscriptions will be advantageous.
