Essential Functions Provides direct leadership for tactical business solutions related to single view of the customer strategy. Responsible for specific projects/programs that require coordination with other corporate divisions and operating companies. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years business experience in an engineering discipline, operations research, program development or industrial management field with strong project management skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related master's degree equals two (2) years' experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of financial planning functions.
