Primary Location Epping, VIC Job Description Summary This role is responsible for leading field delivery activities across an allocated region or portfolio by managing Field Supervisors and providing senior oversight of subcontractor-led execution. The Senior Field Supervisor ensures construction and installation works are delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. Reporting to the State Delivery Manager, the role acts as the senior field leadership layer between operational management and site-based supervision. The SFS provides direction, coordination, performance management and escalation control across field delivery activities, ensuring supervisors and subcontractor teams are aligned to delivery priorities, standards and committed outcomes. The role is accountable for regional field performance rather than direct day-to-day supervision of every site. It provides leadership across work in progress, quality, safety, productivity and issue resolution, and supports disciplined execution through Field Supervisors and associated field resources.
