Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international student recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on the Mainland China market.
- Build and manage partnerships with education agents, schools, and recruitment channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Education Management or related discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in marketing, business development, or student recruitment within the higher/private education sector.
- Proven success in the Mainland China education market , with strong education agent and school networks.
- Strong experience in B2B partnership development and corporate collaboration.
- Good understanding of Singapore's private education sector (EduTrust/CPE).
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
