Production Operator-Bactec Filling

Responsibilities

• Starts-up the equipment following approved procedures. Monitors quality of products.
• Performs set-up and cleaning of equipment.
• Performs machine work following approved procedures and in accordance with QSR, ISO and safety regulation. Records required information in the Batch Control Record in a neat and orderly manner.
• Maintains Equipment under own responsibility in good conditions.
• Notifies Shift Leader or Manufacturing Facilitator of any deviation from normal operation. Assists in troubleshooting and in performing corrective action for equipment malfunction or breakdown.
• Maintains own production area clean and in an orderly manner.
• Operates filling manufacturing equipment as required.
• Inspects own work. Records information in appropriate documentation in an orderly and neat fashion. Deals with routine situations with occasional variables that require interpretation.
• Active participation in Lean Activities.
• Supports other productions lines during short periods of time, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Minimum Requirement:
• High School Diploma or GED
