About the role

As a PGMR Permit Issuer, you will help drive our goals by: - Reviewing job scopes, risk assessments and work details to ensure all permitted work is carried out safely - Issuing permits only when hazards are controlled and safety measures are in place - Supporting production activities to deliver work safely, on time and to quality standards - Completing batch documentation, handovers and maintaining accurate operational records - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to continuous improvement activities - Carrying out basic maintenance checks and reporting incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards - Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships - Organised approach with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines - Basic understanding of manufacturing, engineering or chemical processes (desirable) - Qualification in English, Maths and Science (GCSE or equivalent) Even if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!
