A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, ready to provide our customers with a 'Wow' customer service experience. You cheerfully, clearly articulate what we can do for our customers as you schedule their appointments and answer their questions. Your customer service skills come through as you help solve customers' problems into scheduled maintenance, service and sales appointments. You call customers to update them on the technician's progress, verify that services have been performed appropriately, and ensure client satisfaction. Through it all, you build a strong rapport with both colleagues and customers alike. You love that being in this important customer service role, you help make our clients comfortable and happy!
