Responsibilities
- Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including but no limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development or HR administrative related tasks
- Support HR Operations tasks including but not limited to payroll operations, staff movement process, insurance & MPF enrollment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and reporting
- Engage in end-to-end recruitment process, i.e. interview coordination, pre-boarding and on-boarding and etc.
- Maintain staff records, personal files and leave records and assist in work visa applications
- Key contact of the Internship Program and work closely with the universities career centres
- Perform ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned by team
- Experience that contributes to success:
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of work experience, preferably major in Human Resources Management, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, detail-minded and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
